Installation Guide

From delivery email to a fully activated Adobe app in five steps.

   Check your delivery email

   After payment you receive an email with your license details and activation instructions, usually within 5–30 minutes.

   Create or sign in to your Adobe account

   Go to account.adobe.com and sign in with the email address you used at checkout, or create a free Adobe ID.

   Download Creative Cloud desktop

   Install the Creative Cloud desktop app from adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html and sign in with your Adobe account.

4. 4

   Install your apps

   Open the Apps tab in Creative Cloud and install Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or any other app included in your plan.

5. 5

   Verify your subscription

   Your plan appears under Account > Plans. If anything looks off, contact our support and we’ll fix it the same day.
